Conservative Candidate Nigel Simons wins the Eye, Thorney and Newborough local by-election.
On Thursday 7th September, Nigel Simons was elected as a Conservative City Councillor for Eye, Thorney & Newborough ward in the lcoal by-election. Congratulations to Nigel and thank you to all those who supported him.

Turnout: 27.29%
The by-election was held following the resignation of Conservative Councillor David Sanders earlier this year. Nigel will make a fantastic City Councillor and is looking forward to working alongside his fellow Councillors Richard Brown and Steve Allen putting Eye, Thorney & Newborough FIRST.
